Private classes/ Personalized practices

Can’t find studio hours that work with your busy schedule? Or perhaps you are looking to develop a daily practice but don’t know where to start? I can meet you where you are, when it works for you. Kundalini is most effective practiced daily. Whether it’s designing a physical practice that realistically fits in your day. Or you are looking to start an meditation practice or both. Kundalini can fit any age, body type, and any schedule. Sessions are 60 mins that take place in your home or on Zoom. This includes warm up exercises, the practice itself as well as a deep relaxation that includes a gong bath savasana

Sonic relaxation is an immersive sound experience using the power of the Gong along with meditations from Kundalini Yoga to down regulate the nervous system and bring the body into a state of interconnectivity. The Gong is a powerful instrument that when used intentionally has the potential move incredible amounts of energy. Sessions are typically 60- 80 min of sound (not including setup and tear down which can take 30-45 mins) depending on the on the instruments being used. So appointments are 2 hours in total length.

Sonic Relaxation


Kundalini is great for kids as well as adults. The elements of a kundalini class are perfect for kids that want to move (and they do). Kundalini has lots of repetitive clapping, hopping, humming, tapping and much more. All of these exercises have cognitive benefits as well as physical, and are seen as play not as some grown-up activity they have to endure. There are many simple breathing techniques and meditations that can give kids the tools they need to navigate an increasingly stressful world. Classes are 20-60 mins depending on age group. Great for in school and after school programing as well as homeschooling co-ops.

When emailing please include number of children, ages, and any details about the space it would be held in. For example if they would be in desks or in an open space like a cafeteria or library. This give me a better idea as to what i can provide.
